We offer a full design, installation and service facility for both new and existing systems.

Initial enquiry
There are many ways to contact M&E Alarms LTD either by email, fax or telephone or you might want to complete the survey request form.

We will arrange for one of our surveyors to visit your premises and carry out a free site survey and provide a detailed specification to National Security Inspectorate and European standards. A risk assessment is completed with your assistance to grade your system against the European standard.

Design service
As part of the survey process we offer a design option for Local Authority Consultants, Architects, Consultants and Electrical Contractors. One of the most important parts of system design is the balance of providing protection for the premises while still allowing the system to be easy to use for the operator.

System Integration
Your intruder alarm system can be integrated with CCTV and Access control systems; we offer either bespoke packages for existing systems or the new Honeywell Dimension System.

Alarm Monitoring
All system types can be monitored by our central monitoring station (ARC), upon receipt of an alarm signal from the system the central monitoring station to contact the relevant key holder and if a confirmed signal is received the relevant emergency service will be contacted i.e. Police, Fire Brigade etc. We offer a number of options for alarm signaling as follows: Digital Communicator, Redcare, Redcare GSM, Dualcom Freecom and IP CCTV remote Monitoring.

Continuous Training
Our surveyors and engineers receive continuous training and receive regular legislation updates to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry developments. All changes instigated by the industry’s governing bodies are adhered to ensuring the continuation of our accreditation at the highest level.

Monitoring
All system types can be monitored by our receiving centre, which enables us to contact the relevant Emergency Service and/or keyholder.

Keyholding
Keyholding can be arranged by request and form part of a complete solution package if required.

Approved Company
As a company we are proud of our history and endeavor to gain recognized approval for all aspects of work we offer. We feel this demonstrates our commitment to offer piece of mind for our customers. Examples of these: Nacoss (NSI Gold Installer) www.nsi.org.uk, NICEIC niceic.org.uk, CHAS www.chas.gov.uk, NSCGB www.nscgb.org. We have also completed CRB checks on all members of staff. We also carry Police Force approval for all areas of the country we operate in.

Takeover of Existing Systems
We can also monitor and maintain existing intruder alarm systems. We would like to feel we could offer a more comprehensive and human service than the competition in this world of department/call centre madness! We carry all relevant insurance approvals for our types of installation.

On takeover one of our experienced surveyors will visit your premises to review your existing security system and ensure it complies with the necessary standard/s or provide a report on any recommendations to provide a more secure or easy to use system.
